Registration

The registration process consists of two parts. Please make sure you complete both, since only then you will be properly registered and your participation will be displayed in the programme. This also applies for representatives of publishing companies and bookstores.

Part 1: Personal Information

We request that you first fill in your personal information.  This includes that we ask you to indicate if you want to make changes in your paper/ panel title and/or the abstract. Please note that the programme information which is displayed at the congress website will be used for the printed programme. For any change that you do not indicate now by using the provided entry space in the registration form you will have to contact the Congress Team by email: congress(at)eniugh.org. We will receive changes until 31 May 2017 for the printed programme, afterwards we can only display them at the website.

For this step of the registration, you will create a personal page first, through which all further registration procedure is handled. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail upon the completion of this step of registration. 

Part 2: Payment

Secondly we ask you to pay the conference fee. Only once we have received your payment your registration will be completed.

 

Conference fees are applicable for all groups of participants: speakers, visitors and representatives of publishing houses and bookstores.

Two options are at your disposal:

- payment through PayPal, a provider of secure and free online-payments and money transfers: By following the respective button at the payment-site you are guided to www.paypal.com where you can make a payment via Credit Card, Debit Card (or bank transfer). You will have to have a PayPal account in order to use these services.

- transfer via SEPA transaction using the following data:

Please state as subject: ENIUGH Congress fee 2017 + name of the participant + the congress rate you choose.

For example, if the fee is paid for Joe Smith at a student rate during the early bird period:

„ENIUGH Congress Fee 2017 – Joe Smith – student rate early bird“

or, if the fee is paid for two persons for a one-day-attendance at a student rate during the early bird period:

„ENIUGH Congress Fee 2017 – Joe Smith and Maria Mustermann – one day attendance reduced early bird”

ENIUGH members, who paid their membership fees for 2017 (and 2016 for those having been members before), benefit from a discount rate. If you wish to become a member of ENIUGH and thus also benefit from the discount please register first at: http://www.eniugh.org/congress/become-a-member/. After you have transferred your membership fee you will be able to register as congress participant at a discount rate.
