Biographical Note

Prof. Hakim Adi (University of Chichester, UK)
Hakim Adi is professor of the history of Africa and the African diaspora at the University of Chichester in England. He has been trained as a historian of Africa and his research interests include the history of the African diaspora as well as African history, particularly in the twentieth century. His most recent project focuses on the activities of the Communist International in Africa and within African diasporas (principally in the United States, the Caribbean, Britain, and France) from 1919-1939.
