Transparent ZnO transistor. Contacts are covered with thin gold layers and become visible at all. The vertical stripe is the gate contact and has a width of 30 micrometer. The channel length is 60 micrometer. Crosses and diamonds are alignment markers.
Transparenter ZnO Transistor. Die Kontakte sind dünn mit Gold bedampft und sind deshalb überhaupt sichtbar. Der vertikale Streifen ist der Gatekontakt (Steuerelektrode) mit einer Breite von 30 Mikrometer. Die Kanallänge beträgt 60 Mikrometer. Kreuze und Rauten sind Markierungen zur Justage der Photolithographiemasken.
