Our research activity is mainly composed by two important topics:
- Optical properties, with special attention to exciton recombination dynamics of long wavelength emitting self-assembled nanostructures (quantum dots/rings/wires).
- Optical properties of Nitride-based self-assembled nanostructures, with special attention to theory, emission and Raman characterization.
