Dr. Gudrun Reindl

Short profile
After studying psychology in Würzburg, she earned her PhD as a research assistant at the University of Ghent in Belgium, focusing on work events, personality, and daily well-being at work. For her dissertation, she was awarded 1st place in the Dissertation Award from the German Society of Psychology (DGPs) in the field of Work, Economic, and Organizational Psychology (AOW) in 2023. After returning to Germany, Gudrun started as an organizational developer in management consulting and completed training as a systemic business coach. However, her love for research ultimately brought her back to the university, where she has been part of the team as a postdoctoral researcher since March 2024. Her research focuses on topics related to mental health and personality in the workplace, such as impostor phenomenon, good working life, personal values, and personality variability in work contexts. Additionally, Gudrun works as an independent organizational psychologist in the private sector, with a focus on mental health in the workplace, leadership development, and team coaching.
