Bachelor of Science at Maastricht University (2016-2019) and Master of Science at Maastricht University, Leuphana University Lüneburg, and the University of Valencia (2020-2022, International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology). From January to June 2023, freelance scientific collaboration on a BAuA Focus Report on the long-term effects of COVID-19 in the workplace. Since April 2023, research associate at the chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at Leipzig University with the goal of a PhD on the topic of gender-inclusive language in the workplace. This research aims to provide an overview of the current use of gender-inclusive language by employees and their organizations in Germany and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of gender-inclusive language. Additional research interests include gender roles in the workplace, as well as climate and environmental protection.
