Short profile

Tobias Struck is a doctoral student at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at Leipzig University. He also studied at the Wilhelm Wundt Institute for Psychology at Leipzig University, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology. Inspired by his project work and final theses during his studies, he discovered his research interest in the areas of leadership and work-related health. Since then, he has combined these topics in his research and deals with the health of leaders and the resulting individual and organizational consequences. He focuses on scientific contribution and application-orientated relevance.
