As there is rapid progress in the research of new genes involved in pituitary development and dwarfism, a comprehensive clinical description,
a family history, growth chart (and if available MR-Images) of the patient are most important to identify new candidate genes potentially responsible for
your patient’s condition.
For all patients (including also cases with an uncertain diagnosis) please fill in the following documents as complete as possible:
