We would like to share with you the initiative Coloquio de estudios latinoamericanos en Leipzig (CEL-LE). This new endeavour arises from the successful response to the conference Latin American Transitions, held at Leipzig University in October 2018.

CEL-LE seeks to generate a space for reflection, critical thinking, and debate about Latin America in the global context. In addition, it is our goal to promote Latin American studies in Leipzig. In order to fulfil these goals, we will carry out a series of activities like a monthly colloquium for Latin America researchers. Please feel free to share this information with your contacts.
