Study of the micromagnetic structure of a La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 film

Abstract

The micromagnetic structure of a La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 film was studied using magnetic force microscopy and micromagnetic simulations. For a 150 nm thick epitaxial, strain relaxed film grown on SrTiO3 evidence is presented from experiment and simulation that magnetic domains have a typical size of 1 µm at room temperature.
