This field includes, among others, the organization of the weekly colloquium, the thematic working groups (each connected to a series of workshops), the SFB annual conferences, the guest researcher programme, and participation in conferences. The coordination of the Integrated Research Training Group manages the study programme for junior scholars and organizes research seminars as well as summer and winter schools. The coordination of the parent organization, the Research Centre Global Dynamics (ReCentGlobe) ensures general management of the institution, including events, workshops, and conferences as well as research goals and the overall research programme.
